Hero for Food Vendors

Food Vendors

Interested in becoming a Food Vendor?

Here at the Blue Ridge Folklife Festival, we only feature old-time traditional foods – from jams and black pot chicken to chitterlings. Food vendors prepare a bulk of food off-site ahead of time for certain foods, but you must demonstrate your food preparation on-site throughout the festival. Groups cannot purchase pre-made items for resale, such as doughnuts or cookies. Canned vegetables are allowed when served with a meat.
