- Are the plays and the meals handicapped accessible?
- Yes, the location of the meals (The Blue Ridge Mountain Room, located in Franklin Hall) and both The Sale Theatre (3rd Floor) and The Rex Stephenson Theatre (1st Floor) are accessible via wheelchair. Accessible seating is reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. You may request accessible seating in the notes at checkout.
- Where should I park?
- We recommend parking in the Grousbeck Hall parking lot, just off Ferrum Mountain Road. There is handicapped parking at the top of the hill, as indicated by signage.
- Where on campus are meals and performances located?
- Meals are served in The Blue Ridge Mountain Room, located in Franklin Hall. We have two performance spaces next door in Schoolfield Hall: Sale Theatre (3rd Floor) and The Rex Stephenson Theatre (1st Floor)
- Can you accommodate vegetarian/gluten free/special diet patrons?
- Yes, we can accommodate dietary restrictions with notice. Please include dietary restrictions during checkout.
- Can I buy tickets over the phone or at the door?
Plan Your Visit
- The Blue Ridge Dinner Theatre is located on the beautiful campus of Ferrum College. Parking is available off Route 602, Ferrum Mountain Road, in the Grousbeck Music Building lot. Bus drivers and patrons with mobility issues may wish to use the circle beyond that, behind Panther Grounds, for loading and unloading. Handicapped parking is available at the top of the circle. Meals are served in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain Room, overlooking Adams Lake, in Franklin Hall. Elevator service is available from the ground floor. Ticket holders to Friday evening performances may enjoy Fish Fry Fridays in the campus cafeteria in Franklin Hall. Fish Fry tickets are available at the door.
- Performances take place next door to Franklin Hall in Schoolfield Hall. Sale Theatre is located on the third floor, while The Rex Stephenson Theatre is located on the first floor. Both performance spaces are wheelchair accessible. The elevator lobby is located on the ground floor of the building, near the stage door. Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on the third floor.
- Visitors to Ferrum College may also enjoy exhibits at the Blue Ridge Institute and Museum, located on campus just off route 40.
- For travelers from out of town, accommodations on campus are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
