Plan to pick up your Regalia at the Office of the Registrar in the Spilman Daniel House on the announced dates and times. At that time, we will ask you to verify the spelling of your name for the diploma and degree information, confirm the pronunciation of your name, and verify your mailing address.

Please arrive by 2:30 pm in full regalia. You will be given a Reader Card—please verify the information. Please DO NOT lose the card!

Please dress in your full regalia—including cap, gown, and hood—to participate. While caps may be decorated, we ask that you avoid wearing shorts, jeans, flip-flops, or sneakers to help maintain the ceremony’s formal and celebratory spirit.
Diplomas will be mailed two to three weeks after commencement to the address provided. Diplomas will NOT be mailed if there is an outstanding account balance.
Please remember to check out of your dorm room or apartment properly and return your keys to Residence Life.
