Educators with this certificate will acquire the knowledge, skills, and experiences to enhance their teaching practice and serve in leadership and mentoring positions, collaborating with other teachers and education professionals.

Post-Master Certificate Admissions Requirements
Applicants wishing to enroll in one of Ferrum’s post-master certificate programs need to meet all criteria established in our Graduate School Catalog, in addition to:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Master’s degree in education or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Transcripts | Unofficial transcripts for all postsecondary (undergraduate and graduate) coursework completed can be submitted at the time of application. If admitted, the college must receive all official transcripts before the third week of your first class term.
- Updated resume, including evidence of a teaching license or relevant experience for non-licensed applicants.
