FERRUM, Virginia, December 12, 2024 – On Friday, November 29 Associate Professor of Religious Studies, Dr. Eric Vanden Eykel was featured on America Media’s Podcast: Hark The stories behind our favorite Christmas carols episode “We Three Kings”.
Professor Vanden Eykel joined the show to help give listeners an understanding of the Magi, from the perspective of Matthew’s Gospel. He has written a book called “The Magi: Who They Are, How They’ve Been Remembered, and Why They Still Fascinate,” which provided listeners with thoughtful insight into who the Magi were, according to the Gospel of Matthew.
