Today, the spotlight shines on Dr. Clay Britton, a professor in the agricultural science and biology programs. Focusing primarily on plant-based disciplines, he has also helped with several undergraduate research projects, most recently with the College’s “green roof”. Dr. Britton is also the co-director of Ferrum College’s Smith Mountain Lake Water Quality Program, which is entering its 37th year.
