Courtney was born and raised in Lynchburg, Va. Her family originates from Franklin County, Va., and she currently resides in Rocky Mount, Va. She enjoys music, hiking, and reading in her spare time. Courtney is in her 18th year working at Ferrum College. She currently serves the institution by working in the President’s Office, where enjoys collaborating with the president, Board of Trustees, and the entire campus community as they guide the College through strategic steps to create a long-term vision of fulfilling its mission.
