DESCRIPTION:Celebrate 50 years of impact and community at the Ferrum College Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Program’s 50th Anniversary Event and Alumni Gathering on March 13\, 2026\, in the Blue Ridge Mountain Room of Franklin Hall. The day begins with check-in and registration at 8:30 a.m.\, followed by ACES training from 9:00 to 11:45 a.m. Following lunch on your own\, the afternoon program beginning at 1:00 p.m. will feature guest speakers\, including Ira Colby\, the founding father of the Ferrum College BSW Program\, along with alumna Holly D’Heron ’09 and alumnus Ralph Branch III ’14\, followed by a Phi Alpha Initiation Ceremony.
