The Panther PRIDE program is Ferrum’s four-year success program for student-athletes. The focus of the PRIDE program is on academic and personal excellence, along with internship/career preparation. In the PRIDE program, Ferrum student-athletes benefit from academic advising, development of academic success strategies, career and professionalism preparation, and internship/career readiness support.

The PRIDE program is housed in the Panther Academic Den (PAD), a learning center dedicated to assisting Ferrum’s student-athletes in finding success in the classroom and in life. The PAD offers a quiet study area, professional tutors, computers, and printing.
