Procedures for FALL 2009 Check-in

 

To enroll for the Fall 2009 Semester, you must check-in online through I-Assistant after August 1st.   There will be no centralized check-in opportunity on Sunday, August 30th

 

Check-in must be completed online by using I-Assistant

(Click on the Check-in link beside of “View Profile”)

Be certain to complete the entire process and print the

confirmation page that you have successfully checked-in.

 

Please act now to satisfy all obligations and ensure a smooth return.

 

Keep in mind that an:

outstanding student account balance  (Payment Plans must be established by August 1st ), incomplete financial aid paperwork, or an incomplete health form WILL prevent you from checking-in online.

 

Students who have not completed the check-in process by 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 30th will be assessed a $100.00 late fee. Fall schedules will be automatically dropped for students that do not complete the check-in process.

 

ONLINE CHECK-IN IS REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS!

Bring your printed online registration

confirmation page with you to Ferrum.

 

Residential students may move into assigned Residence Halls:

Between 9-12 and 1– 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2009.

 

Students who need to make changes to their class schedule or make a new schedule should report to their academic adviser’s office between the hours of

2 and 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2009.
