January 21 - Harmeneers. Songs of a Life Time - The Smith Mountain Lake Barbershop Chorus, The Harmeneers, will present "A Lifetime of Music." February 20-22 - Drama Senior Seminar Productions, Flexible Theatre, 7:30 pm
Senior Tony Pica will portray Richard Chase, collector of the Jack Tales, and senior Sylvia Woodyard will do country comedienne Minnie Pearl. February 26 - Iralene Swain (Erma Rose, accompanist), Vaughan Chapel, 7:30 pm
Iralene Swain, aka Salima, is an international performer with a magnetic personality and a commanding voice. She will perform songs as varied as works of George Gershwin, Duke Ellington, and Franz Schubert, as well as spirituals and arias. March 12 - Mr. Ray Dietz Player Piano Recital. Sigmon Recital Hall, 7:30 pm
This player grand piano allows listeners to hear the works of the great pianists of the early 20th century. The program will include piano pieces recorded to rolls and played by the ghosts of piano virtuosos from Scott Joplin, to Eubie Blake, to Rocmoninov, and Fritz Chrysler.

March 19-22 - Spring Play: Waiting for Godot in Sale Theatre, 7:30

April 16 - Carl Rutherford is considered and expert in mountain guitar of the Appalachian region. His music is lively, haunting at times, and it evokes the spirit of the Appalachian culture. Mr. Rutherford, ex-coal miner, labor activist, and recording artist will perform at 7:00 pm. in the Panther's Den.

April 24 - Ferrum College Instrumental Ensembles and the Gospel Choir will present their Spring Concert in Sale Theater on April 24 at 7:30 pm. It will feature the Jazz Ensemble, Classical Ensemble, the Pep Band, and the Gospel Choir. A wide variety of music will be presented, appealing to all tastes.
