Louis Blair, executive secretary for the Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation, visited campus on October 17.  Here, he is seated in a chair once owned by Ferrum graduate Oscar Chapman, Secretary of the Interior under Truman from 1945-1953.  The chair was given to the College by Chapman's wife, Ann, several years ago and is located in President Boone's office.
