Chilly temperature was an uninvited guest for the 28^th annual Blue Ridge Folklife Festival, but festival-goers bundled up to enjoy the regional celebration.   Inside Swartz Gymnasium, craft vendors were happy to keep guests company as they warmed up while learning more about what local artisans have to offer.
