New Exhibit at Ferrum College Features Collage Work from Various Artists

    A new art exhibit called “Collage, Assemblage and Mixed Media” is now on display at Ferrum College at the E. Taylor Greer Gallery of Ferrum’s Thomas Stanley Library. Co-Curators Nancy Hart and Suzie Kelly have put together the collage work of 8 very different artists for the exhibit. Artists from Italy to Ferrum to Portland, Oregon are featured in the show.

     An opening reception for “Collage, Assemblage and Mixed Media” will be held January 31st from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. The exhibit will be on display until February 13th.

     The E. Taylor Greer Gallery in the Stanley Library hosts around four shows a year from a wide range of local, statewide and international artists. It is free and open to the public. For directions and parking information, call the library at 540-365-4428.
