The Blue Ridge Dinner Theatre at Ferrum
College announces local auditions on March 24. The Blue Ridge Dinner
Theatre is a resident company that performs to over 18,000 people
in its 252-seat theatre and on tour.
Company members receive salary, room, board,
use of recreational facilities, and have the opportunity to earn college
credit. All applicants should have some college or equivalent dramatic
experience, must be available to work full time from May through early
August, and must be able to live at Ferrum College.
Actors must be prepared to present one or
two memorized monologues of no more than ninety seconds each. Performers,
who are also musicians, should present a short song that demonstrates
their singing or playing ability. An accompanist will be provided.
All actors should provide a headshot and resume. The BRDT will not
guarantee return of audition materials.

The Blue Ridge Dinner Theatre’s 28th season
