The United States Congress has mandated that all colleges and universities that receive funds from the federal government must plan and deliver to the general public a program designed to promote an understanding of the American Constitution. To that end, Dr. Samuel B. Payne will present a lecture, discussion designed to illuminate the Constitution of the United States. The presentation will be on Thursday, September 15, at 7:30 p.m. in Sigmon Recital Hall (Room 101) in Grousbeck Music Center. This event is free and open to the general public.
