FOUNDATIONS OF LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE CONTINUES FOR CITY OF ROANOKE EMPLOYEES

     The second session of the Foundations of Leadership Excellence for The City of Roanoke will begin on Tuesday, September 7th, at the Campbell Avenue Training Center.   Jackie Scruggs will introduce  Al Moyer as the facilitator for these sessions, and give an overview of Ferrum College Traditional and Adult Education Programs to the attendees.  FLE will meet on Sept. 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16 for a total of 20 hours of frontline supervisory training.  A certificate is given to each attendee with the Ferrum College seal with the City of Roanoke logo.
 
     There are sessions for the the Foundations of Leadership Excellence groups scheduled in October and November with 20 in attendance for each group.  Approximately 77-80 Roanoke City Employees will be trained when the program is completed.
