Fall Open House @ Ferrum College

FINAL FALL OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULED

October 21, 2003

     Ferrum College will hold an Admissions Open House for prospective students and parents on Saturday, November 15. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. at Vaughn Chapel, and programs run from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This is the final Open House event for the fall of 2003.

     Tours of the Ferrum campus, student and parent information sessions, an academic department fair/program presentation, and a complimentary lunch will be provided. Participants will have the opportunity to meet Ferrum faculty, students, administrators, admissions counselors and financial aid personnel.

     “ We welcome all area college-bound seniors who are interested in the opportunities that a small, private college has to offer. We’ll have a lot of great information that any student and family needs when looking at the higher education investment,” adds Woods.

     The College’s $25.00 application fee will be waived for high school seniors and transfer students who turn in a completed application during Open House.

     Student athletes interested in NCAA Division III athletics should plan to arrive at 9:00 a.m. to learn more about the school’s sports competitive programs.
