Be aware that every element you add to your home
page increases the download time. On the
right side of the FrontPage Editor status bar is a number that estimates the download time
of
your page when a user connects through a 28.8 baud modem. You should try to keep the
download time under a minute. (F.P. 28)

NETCREATORS ~ While this site also offers
backgrounds and navigational tools, it specializes in over 1,000 clip art images including
e-mail gifs, under construction icons, cartoons, sports, etc. The two graphics above are

Clipart.com ~ Although this site is distracting due to an extensive list of annotated links to other clipart sites, it's worth locating the main menu in the upper left hand corner to conduct an advanced search of their free graphics. |
