	Dr. Kenneth McCreedy Dr. McCreedy has over 35 years of experience in the Criminal Justice field including time as a police officer and training director. 	His interests in the Criminal Justice field are Occupational Socialization, Victimology, and Police Operations. His other interests are wood working, photography, and restoring old cars. Some of his Ferrum campus photos are available for viewing.

Debbie Hogan received her Masters of Science in Criminal Justice, at Radford University in 1996.  She was in Phi Kappa Phi Honorary Society.  In 1997 she received her Bachelor of Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She has 20+ years experience as an investigator for Roanoke County Virginia Police Department. Presently she is the Chief of Police for Ferrum College in Ferrum, Virginia.  Also, she is on the Blue Ridge Association of Chiefs of Police Member.  She is part of the Governing Council Member at Cardinal Criminal Justice Academy.

 

 

Cliff Hapgood has been teaching in the Criminal Justice program as an adjunct professor since 1982. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Hobart College in New York, and a law degree from the University of Virginia. Mr. Hapgood served in the Navy as a J.A.G. officer where he participated in a wide variety of legal cases. Upon leaving the Navy, he came to Franklin County Virginia as the assistant Commonwealth Attorney. He was elected Commonwealth Attorney in 1984 and has served in that capacity since that time.
