Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide friendly and timely support to students, faculty, and staff in their use and understanding of technology for teaching, learning, communication, and administration. We answer questions, develop solutions, resolve problems, and maintain privacy and security while keeping Ferrum College connected to the world. As technology professionals, we commit to educating ourselves and the entire campus community about contemporary technology to help the College achieve its full potential as an institution of higher education.
