Ferrum College is committed to a policy of equal opportunity for all

all position classifications. The College will ensure that other personnel
actions such as compensation, benefits, transfers, demotions, terminations,

The President has appointed the Director of Human Resources to serve
as Affirmative Action Officer for the College Section 504 and Title
IX requirements. Questions concerning these programs should be directed
to the Human Resources Office located in John Wesley Hall.

is the policy of the College to hire only United States nationals or
