Life Phases is a benefit plan available to all employees currently enrolled
in the LT Disability plan. There is a "Universal
Access Card" for the Life Phases plan and an information card
for the Assist America part of the plan. The plan has three distinct
features.
The three features include:
- Life Balance:
A program that helps in addressing life’s daily challenges from
workplace stress to family issues like parenting, education, aging,
financial & legal questions, addiction, recovery and emotional
health.
- Assist America:
A 24-hour network of emergency medical and legal resources that provide
you and your family members protection while you travel.
- Transition Insurance
Options: A program setup to offer quality insurance products and coverage
should you change jobs or retire.
