Dear Ferrum Friends,

This is the season for expressing appreciation through gift-giving, entertaining, decorating, baking, and journeying “back home” to be with loved ones as we celebrate Hanukkah, Christmas and the New Year. Through the pictures in this issue of Fe we want to share with you the “gift” of Ferrum College and tell you how grateful we are for your generosity on behalf of the students, faculty and staff.

We have enjoyed many wonderful holiday performances, dedications, festivities, special meals and events since our last issue. These have highlighted the importance of the spiritual, creative, community-minded, and collaborative nature in all that we do. We thank the many talented individuals who have taken part in these efforts.
Ferrum sends you all good wishes for a happy, healthy and blessed holiday season. We hope you have safe travels, ample time to “re-charge and renew,” and the opportunity to reflect on the beautiful message of this very special time of year.

Sincerely yours,

Jennifer L. Braaten
President
