Ferrum College & the YMCA to Host All Hallows’ Eve Festival Oct. 31
The evening of fun activities for children and adults alike will include a Haunted Forest, games, bon fire, music and more.
On Thurs., Oct. 31, 2013, Ferrum College and the Ferrum branch of the Franklin County
YMCA will host an All Hallows’ Eve Festival, an evening of fun activities for children
and adults alike on the College campus beside the Blue Ridge Institute & Museum. Family
friendly events held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. will include trunk or treat, games, music,
a bon fire and Haunted Forest. Later that evening, adults can tour the Haunted Forest,
play games, and enjoy music and the bon fire from 8:30 to 10 p.m.
Admission to the Haunted Forest is $3 per person, or $2 with a canned good donation.
The other activities may be enjoyed for free. Refreshments and ghoulish treats will
be for sale throughout the evening.
In addition to the YMCA, the College’s Resident Hall Association and Resident Life
& Housing will help produce the All Hallows’ Eve Festival. For more information, call
