"To Be Or Not To Be A Beekeeper" Seminar

The Moonshine Beekeepers Association will present “To Be Or Not To Be A Beekeeper”, a free seminar at Ferrum College.

Saturday, January 11, 2014  |  Garber 106 (80 Wiley Drive, Ferrum VA)  |  1:00pm – 5:00pm

This seminar will answer all those questions you have about becoming a beekeeper, such as: history, start up cost, equipment needs, challenges, time required, when, where and how to purchase bees, honey yields, and many more topics. There will be a Q & A time during the seminar, so make sure you bring your questions. Also, information will be provided on how to register for the Moonshine Beekeepers Beginners Beekeeping Class which will start in early spring and run for nine weeks.

Please note, this is not a class on how to keep bees. This seminar is only an informational seminar on becoming a beekeeper.
