Perih Named to All-Conference First Team in Women's Lacrosse

FERRUM, Va.  --  Ferrum College junior midfielder Stephanie Perih (Centreville, Va./Paul VI) has been named to the 2007 USA South Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse All-Conference first team.|

       2007 USA South Women's Lacrosse All-Conference Team

Perih was Ferrum's leading scorer this season with 47 goals, five assists and 52 points.  Her 47 goals and 52 points are single season records.

Perih earned USA South Player of the Week honors once this season on March 27th.  This is Perih's third All-Conference honor, having earned honorable mention in 2005 and 2006.

Ferrum closed out the season with a 5-9 record under first-year Head Coach Karen Harvey.  The Panthers set a new school record for team wins with five.  For more information, please contact the Ferrum sports information office at (540) 365-4306.
