Kolina, Musanti Named All-Conference in Women's Soccer
Kolina a USA South First Team Selection

FERRUM, Va. – Ferrum College women's soccer standouts Cara Kolina (Staten Island, N.Y./St. Joseph by the Sea) and Corinne Musanti (Staten Island, N.Y./St. John Villa) have been named to the USA South Athletic Conference All-Conference team.

2005 USA South Women's Soccer All-Conference Team

Kolina, a sophomore, has been named a first team selection.  This is the second consecutive year in which Kolina has been named to the league's All-Conference first team.  She scored 15 points this season in 14 matches, five goals and five assists.  Last year, she had 25 points on 10 goals and five assists.

Musanti, also a sophomore, earns her first league award with a spot on the honorable mention squad.  She has been one of Ferrum's top defenders the past two seasons.

Ferrum finished the season at 7-10-1 overall, bettering last year's 6-11-2 record.  The Panthers are lead by Head Coach Celia Mosier, who just completed her fourth season at the helm of the Panthers women's soccer program.
