- Baseball Ranked #4 in Nation
- Panthers are the Top Team in the South Region.

- Ferrum, Va. -- The Ferrum College
Baseball team moved up to #4 in the nation in the
latest NCAA Division III baseball poll by the American Baseball Coaches
Association. The Panthers are also ranked 1st in the South
Region by the ABCA. Fellow Dixie Conference members,
Christopher Newport University (9th) and Methodist College (15th)
are also ranked in the top 25 nationally.

- Ferrum is currently 25-3 overall and 10-2 in the Dixie
Conference. The Panthers won the Dixie regular season title and
enter the Dixie Tournament as the #1 seed. Ferrum opens play
in the tournament against Shenandoah University on Wednesday, April 16th, at 10:00
a.m. at Dan
Daniel Memorial Park in Danville, Virginia. The tournament
