Ferrum Men Complete Sweep Over Lynchburg
Panthers Top Hornets 74-70 at Home
 
Ferrum, Va. – Sophomore Justin Harris (Danville, Va./George Washington) led Ferrum College to a 74-70 non-conference men's basketball win over visiting Lynchburg College.  The win gave Ferrum a sweep of the home-and-away series with the Hornets this season.  The Panthers also won 83-80 at Lynchburg November 26th.

Harris, pictured here, had 24 points and 10 rebounds for Ferrum.  He is Ferrum's leading scorer and rebounder through the first seven games this season, averaging 18 points and 9.7 rebounds for the Panthers this season.
 
Also scoring in double figures for Ferrum was freshman Chris Jackson (Clayton, N.C./Garner), who had 16 points, including four treys.  Junior Kevin Aigbe (Nashville, Tenn./Volunteer State CC) had 12 points and 11 rebounds, and freshman Jamaal Eatmon (Raleigh, N.C./Broughton) had 12 points.

Lynchburg was led by Ryan Pehanick, who had 25 points and eight rebounds.  Josh Cobbs had 18 points and three treys, while David Schaeffer had 10 points.  Ferrum led 42-32 at halftime.
